Irishmobster.com accepts credit cards, and debit/ATM/check cards

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

       

Paying with a Credit Card: During checkout you can safely enter your card information into our secure server. This sensitive information is encrypted and we do not store your card number for an added layer of security.

Debit/ATM/Check Cards Accepted: Any debit/ATM/check card associated with one of the four major credit card types listed above.

Paying with a Debit/ATM/Check Card: Enter the card information as if you were using a regular Credit Card.

Authorizing your Card: When you place an order with us we contact your credit card's issuing bank to authorize the transaction. The authorization process simply verifies your card has not been reported lost or stolen and has sufficient credit to cover the purchase price.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
  1. Find a product that you would like to buy by searching or browsing the www.Irishmobster.com site.
     
  2. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the "buy" or "add to cart" button. This places the item in your shopping cart.
     
  3. After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page.
     
  4. In Checkout, we will ask you for your name, billing address, credit card number and shipping address. If you have concerns about submitting your credit card information online, please read our Security Policy.
     
  5. Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (KS residents only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click "Order Now." If any of the shipping or payment information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point or save your shopping cart. 
After your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. You may click the link in the e-mail message or log-in to your account to track your order as it travels from our production facility to the delivery address. Tracking information may not be available until one business day after your package has shipped.

 

Please note: International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our production facility. Orders shipped via Super Saver Shipping have limited "delivery confirmation" tracking that will let you know the date and time the package was delivered. Orders shipped via Standard, Two-day, or One-day have full tracking capabilities.

We offer PayPal as the only payment method.

Canada/International (Countries below): Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.

To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.

We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $72, we put $72 on the form and in the box).

MILITARY ADDRESSES:

We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.

You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.

Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.

Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.

Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.

SHRINKAGE

All our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed. Machine wash cold, wash inside out, wash with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary.

RETURN POLICY:
 

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the item. Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Return Policies, please refer to the return policy below each item picture.

All returns and exchanges must be returned with tags and labels attached and also be in its original condition. Items deemed worn, used, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days from receipt of the return. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.

 

How do I return a package?
For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one. Please retain your tracking number for we are not responsible for lost returned shipments.

 

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any products. For incorrect or damaged items, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:

We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 45 days of the date of purchase (minus shipping/handling fees).

We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.

If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees).
